We at Allgone use an integrated pest management system which is a combined approach to solving pest problems, by collecting all available evidence and information, in order to produce a controlled programme that delivers maximum efficiency, with minimal impact on the location and environment.   It not only looks at the initial infestation but also looks forward in order to assist with preventing it from occurring again.  

All programmes need to consider non-chemical, biological and cultural methods as well as looking at the broader issues such as customer education, habitat modification, monitoring and physical methods.   Pesticides will often need to be used, but should only be considered after all of these other methods and criteria have been either introduced or eliminated.
